Sound effects downloaded from subscription can be used according to EULA and Terms and Conditions.
Subscription is only available to Bruitages.tv members.
Subscribing Member can be a single person or a company (from 1 to 10 users).
Members that purchase a Bruitages.tv Subscription have an unlimited access to all sound effects and production elements, without download limitation.
The Subscription has a limited duration. This duration is 1 year (365 days.). During the Subscription, the Subscribing Member may download all the sound effects and production elements needed. At the expiration date, the member's subscription will not automatically renew. The Subscribed Member must subscribe a new subscription to renew.
Bruitages.tv may suspend, cancel or delete a subscription at any time with or without notice in case of violations caused by Subscribed Members involving fraud or any action that is considered contrary to the normal use of the Bruitages.tv website.
Subscription is non-refundable or canceled prior to the expiration date. Subscription is paid up front.
Subscription may not be transferred. The owner is fully responsible for the subscription.
Bruitages.tv is not liable for any damages from any use of the Subscription service, even if parties have been advised or advised of the possibility, of such damages. Bruitages.tv is not responsible.
CDs sold by Bruitages.tv are not available within subscription.
